accidentally met lia today when she just got back, i was having my morning coffee in primavera, she told me something like she would come down later after she put her stuff...well..an hour went pass..and i dont even got her number..so i went back after the second glass of cappucinno..saw her online on msn..asking her whether she did go down to prima or not..well she didnt, but she was starving..^^ so went out lunch, and then she wanted to watch memoirs of a geisha..how can i say no to zhang zi yi ??? the movie itself surprises me, one because i didnt fell asleep at all altough i havent slept yet, second is because i heard several people dissing about how boring the movie was, but it wasnt that boring..infact i really like the cinematography, the story line is ok, i mean its not that great its very predictable. out of ten i would give it 6.5 but because i really really like the acting skill of the little girl playing young zhang zi..i would give it 7 out of 10. for those who enjoy a good cinematography would probably like it, altough in some part the old japan looked too modernized clean. or those who enjoy looking at zhang zi yi would deffinietly like this movie..
after the movie, sent li back home..then went out to cali with fun-d..have a glass of guava, came back home, cant really sleep yet..so decided to watch "mengejar matahari"..i really really like this movie..it always bring my eyes to tears in the end..just to appreciatte the friends i had. like they said in the movie " people can always come and go, but true friends always stay ". i can say i'm fortunate enough to have friends like that in my life. i love you all!!
and to complete the blog of today, i would just paste in the lyrics to Ari Lasso "mengejar matahari" the original soundtrack of the movie..loving this song at the momment..

hmm it works for me..hehehe of course when you watching an indonesian movie for the time being you shouldn't try to compare it to the western or international standard yet.it still takes time to reach there.
but its a really really nice movie. very heart warming ^^
